Why glycinate — not just magnesium
Magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine is gentle on digestion and easy for the body to take up, which is why the night-sky bottle uses it instead of cheaper oxide forms.

Magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine is gentle on digestion and easy for the body to take up, which is why the night-sky bottle uses it instead of cheaper oxide forms.
Seven colors, seven starting points. If you don't know where to begin, start with the part of your life that feels loudest right now and follow its color through the shop.
A trio of sea and root botanicals traditionally used for mineral-rich nourishment, with black pepper added so your body can make better use of them.
Capsule in the morning, disk in the evening. Each handmade disk holds copper, shungite powder and a hand-picked stone — it turns a supplement into a ritual you actually remember.
A plant's color comes from its phytonutrients, so color is a readable label for what's inside. Deep reds and purples carry anthocyanins, orange and yellow carry beta-carotene, dark greens carry chlorophyll, lutein and folate, and white alliums carry sulfur compounds. Each family does different work in the body, which is why a plate of one color leaves gaps a plate of many colors fills. When you crave a color, treat it as information worth following — then eat the full spectrum across the week so nothing is left out.
Your body cannot build collagen without vitamin C — it's the required cofactor for the enzymes that stabilize each collagen strand, which is why collagen and vitamin C belong together rather than apart. It also works as an antioxidant in the skin, helping defend against the oxidative stress of sun and daily life, and it supports an even tone. We don't store it, so skin support is about consistency: a little every day, from food and a clean daily dose, instead of a lot once in a while.
The Three-Step Ritual
Pick the chakra that matches what you're tending — grounding, creativity, voice, rest. The color narrows the shelf for you.
Same time, same glass of water, same intention. Nutritional support works best as a rhythm, not a rescue.
Five quiet minutes with the matching Reiki-infused disk in your hand. That's the whole practice — no incense required.
The Healing Web
A hand-drawn visual reference guide that lays conventional and holistic approaches side by side — hundreds of therapies, traditions and whole-food practices indexed in one chart, with diet at the center of it all. It is the artwork we point to most often in the shop: something to hang where you make decisions, read slowly, and use as a starting place for your own questions.

“My soul purpose is simple: health starts in the home.”
Cheri · Founder, Artist, Tattooer · Shasta Lake, CA
In 2017, a life-changing event shifted everything I thought I knew about health. It pulled me out of going through the motions and into a more holistic way of living — one that asked me to pay attention, not just to symptoms, but to the why behind them.
That season sent me into the study of the chakras, into ceremony that connected me with my Native American roots, and into the quiet practice of healing with herbs and the tools already around us. I began to understand the body as energy, habit, and home — not something to fight, but something to support.
In 2020 I created Evolve Consciously for that reason. Not to tell people what to do, but to help them evolve on a conscious level — to understand why they are choosing what they choose for their body, and what that support actually looks like in real life.
I am a tattoo artist, a Reiki practitioner, a wife, and a mother of three. Those roles are not separate from this work. They are the work.
Home is practice for the real world. When you build healthy habits and give your individual body what it actually needs, it does not stay contained. It becomes a ripple — into your family, your energy, your community, and the way you show up everywhere else.
That is why Evolve Consciously exists. Tools, education, and intention — so you can evolve with awareness, not just effort.
